![]() There is minimal rust, it has been stored in a heated room. This bike is a great daily rider with the potential for a lot more. No turn signals, head and tail light only with a working hi/lo switch. It has a cycle electric generator with a 12v battery. It has a white original kick pedal and rear brake pedal, the seat is an original seat and it shows its age, however, quite comfortable. It has an H-D 4 speed tranny, new coil, 40 spoke front wheel with mechanical brake and the rear has a solid wheel with juice brakes, tires are in good condition. 030 over New pistons, rings, honed cylinders, and a complete top end gasket kit. Everything is setup as factory original.This is a 1958 Harley-Davidson FLH Panhead. No billet aluminum aftermarket parts on this bike. Also original Jubilee horn and power pack not installed presently. Rear crash bars with OEM helper springs for 2 up riding. ![]() Comes with original Royolite bubble bags and bracket and chrome bag guards (not shown in pictures). Tank birch pattern was matched from a original paint 59 tank. 10 year old paint job to match original Hi Fi Turquoise color. ![]() Correct stylepeaked and beaded windshield for cold weather riding. Has Guide bullet lights with glass lenses for additional lighting front and rear. Original Guide spot lights with original toggle switches. Internal throttle and circuit breaker timer. Original Linkert M74B carburetor with durable float that is not affected by ethanol gas. Foot shift with heel toe shifter and mousetrap. Beautiful 58 to 62 heads with NOS anodized aluminum rocker covers. Very original bike with Matching motor belly numbers and frame. The left side case is an aftermarket case, the rest of the motor is correct H-D. The heads and cylinders were cleaned up and freshly painted when the top end was done last month. This beauty is in need of nothing but someone to let her rip on the open road. It was just recently serviced at which time it received a brand new battery and the tires and brakes have barely 500 miles on them. Not only that but it sounds just plain nasty ripping through its new upswept performance exhaust built specifically for a Panhead. He also replaced a few black parts with chrome to better balance out the look and the new Paughco Springer Front end gives it a nicer ride and a way cooler vibe. The current owner made a few modifications to make it a little more rideable which included replacing the mid-mount controls and suicide shifter with forward controls. It was built by Hairball with Trustworthy Cycles who specializes in vintage scoots. The dual plug heads have been fitted with compression release valves which help with kick starting it as there is no electric ignition. The heart of this chopper is an 80” S&S Panhead with a nice cam and a Shorty carb that gives it plenty of snap. This beauty sits on a sweet Custom Chrome hardtail frame with a little extra stretch in both the backbone and the down tubes. You have stumbled across a timeless chopper that brings you back to the roots of where it all started.
